Project Overview

Clayton Hotel Edinburgh occupies a prime position at 28 St Andrew Square, one of the most recognisable addresses in the city centre. Surrounded by landmark buildings, major transport links, and Edinburgh's main retail and business districts, the hotel forms part of a high profile urban setting where quality and consistency are essential. ABV Contractor delivered a full internal works package as part of the hotel's redevelopment, including drylining, suspended ceilings, interior finishes, steel encasement, and fire protection. Working within an operational city centre environment required careful coordination, strict sequencing, and a high standard of detailing across guest rooms, corridors, and back of house areas. The completed works support the hotel's transformation into a modern, comfortable, and durable hospitality space that aligns with the expectations of an international hotel brand operating in a premium location.
