Project Overview
Beresford Street forms part of a wider regeneration programme in Woolwich, delivering new residential buildings designed to strengthen the local streetscape and support the area's ongoing growth. Across both Phase 1 and Phase 2, the development introduces modern homes, improved public realm, and a more connected urban environment. ABV Contractor delivered the full internal works package across both phases, covering drylining, suspended ceilings, finishes, decoration, and firestopping. Working within a multi-block residential scheme required coordinated sequencing, consistent detailing, and close integration with CField's programme to maintain progress across multiple fronts. Our contribution helped shape high-quality living spaces and durable internal structures that align with the long-term vision for the Woolwich regeneration. The result is a pair of residential buildings delivered to a strong technical standard, supporting the wider transformation of the area.
