Project Overview

Maldron Brighton is a 221-bed seafront hotel that will operate under the Maldron brand as part of a wider Topland-owned hospitality scheme on Brighton seafront. As a standalone new build, it is positioned as the first Maldron hotel in the south of England and will retain a series of Grade II-listed facades. The development also includes bar and dining facilities, an open courtyard at ground level, and cycle storage.
