7 Prince Street sits in the heart of the City of London, where RED Construction delivered a high-spec refurbishment to modernise and reposition the building for contemporary commercial use. ABV Contractor was engaged to carry out a coordinated internal package that supported the upgrade of both the structure and the final aesthetic. Project value: £1.45m. Our works included drylining, suspended ceilings, interior finishes, and steel encasement, delivered across multiple floors within a tight city-centre footprint. The project demanded precise sequencing, clean detailing, and close collaboration with the wider team to maintain programme and quality expectations. The completed scheme provides a refined, efficient workspace aligned with the building's new commercial identity.
